This 1972 MGBGT (ORIGINAL CHROME BUMPER) has JUST UNDERGONE a TOTAL NUT & BOLT REBUILD by a Retired Garage Owner who has Spent OVER 1,000 HRS during the Last 2 Years to Complete the Car to THIS MAGNIFICENT STANDARD. To Replcate this car would Cost in The Region £70,000. The car has Literally been Taken to Pieces Both Bodily and Mechanically with Thousands of Pounds being spent on New Parts ( Bills Included for £10,000 in Parts Alone) . The Vehicle has ITS ORIGINAL BODY SHELL which was ALMOST RUST FREE and the minute amout that was present was cut out and new metal inserted, with photographic evidence to substaniate. The car has to many new parts to list but during the Restoration many Parts such as Front Cross Member and Rear Axle were Powder Coated before being Re Assembled. The Car, Along with the Photographic Evidence, it is Immpossible to describe the Attention to Detail that has Been Taken to Produce this Unmolested Example back to This Condition. The Car is Finished in its ORIGINAL COLOUR SCHEME of HARVEST GOLD and has been Completely Retrimmed in SAND LEATHER with Contrasting DARK GREEN PIPING and Wilton Dark Green Carpets Throughout. To Complement this Finish the Vehicle Also has a WALNUT VENEER DASH , New Chrome Wire Wheels, NEW WEBASTO SUN ROOF, New Motolita Wood/Aluminium Steering Wheel , Original Front Spot Lights, and POWER STEERING and as you can see from the pictures the List Goes On. This is a Must for the Discerning Collector who appreciates the work that has gone into rebuilding this car and is Being Offered at a Fraction of its Cost and has Literally Just Rolled Out of the Workshop on its Completion.
